You must ensure that no other person under 18 years old shall use your login to purchase alcohol products. Aged 18 or above (identification required) person must be present to take delivery at designated address or at Remfly Store. Otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between customer and us.

Member Registration
- You can optionally login to your membership account or register as a non-member in order to place any order through our e-store. You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information.
- You can provide your birth month optionally for our promotion purpose and you are also required to provide your year of birth for our internal reference.

- All prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars and credit cards will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

Order Notification
- Our website orders only accept purchase for delivery in Hong Kong/ Macau to a specified billing address or collection at a designated physical store located in Hong Kong/ Macau.
- Once your order successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.
Store pick-up service [store address]
- Once order is confirmed, we shall not change another selected store for collection.
- Once your order is ready to collect at the designated physical store, we shall send you an email notification that state the date and time for your collection.
- Please collect your order at your selected physical store within 3 days from the designated date of collection during specified working hours of the selected store. Otherwise, we shall transfer such products to our warehouse for storage and charge you storage and delivery fee $250 (please contact us for charge rate). In such case, you have to settle the outstanding fees before you can collect your order.
- To verify the identity when collecting the products in our physical store, you are required to present your confirmation email and the spending credit card/ the transaction history of the spending application. We may also require you to provide further information such as your registered account details.
- For an authorized representative, you are required to present the email confirmation and the copy of spending credit card/ the transaction history of the spending application. We may also require you to provide further information such as the purchaser’s registered account details for verification.
- If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order is yourself or on behalf of yourself, we shall refuse the collection of the order in order to safeguard your interest.
- You are requested to examine the products immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/ or damages. Exchange or refund must be logged at the time of collection at our physical store on spot, otherwise any damages shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Remfly Wines & Spirits shall be final and conclusive
Delivery service
- Customer has to provide a designated address which a representative or customer itself has to acknowledge and sign the receipt of goods
- Enjoy free delivery service to a specified address for any purchase HK$600 or above. Order below HK$600, HK$100 delivery charge is needed.
- Our delivery time slot is only available from 11am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, 11am to 1pm on Saturday, except Sunday and public holiday. For special request on the delivery time, please contact us via email/ phone.
- Delivery is applicable only to addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
- An additional charge $350 will be applied to delivery in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan (additional fee will be collected upon the delivery).
- No delivery will be made to restricted areas, non-fixed addresses, hotels, warehouses (where registration is needed for entry), ferry terminals or Post Office Boxes & Post Boxes .
- For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of HKD$50 per floor for the first to third boxes; and the fourth or above boxes charges HKD$10 for every boxes per floor.
- You are requested to examine the products immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/ or damages. Exchange or refund must be logged at the time of delivery on spot to your designated address, otherwise any damages shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
- If you fail to receive your ordered products upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Remfly Wines & Spirits shall be final and conclusive
Cancellation or refund
- Payment is due immediately upon the confirmation of order. No cancellation shall be accepted.
